After a late start, I found my ideal career. Today, as a survivor of 25+ years in the New York advertising business, I've never regretted that decision.

I started as a copywriter at Bozell Worldwide. After a few years I moved on to Saatchi & Saatchi, where I spent ten years as a writer and Creative Director on brands from Procter & Gamble, General Mills and many other clients. After Saatchi I spent five years at Young & Rubicam as Creative Director on Barilla, Goldman Sachs and Valvoline. More recent stints include two years at Havas on NY Life, Charles Schwab, Edible Arrangements and Dos Equis, two years as a Group Creative Director in the healthcare practice at Arnold NY and a year at McCann Health NY. Since mid-2021 I have been busy with repeat freelancing gigs at R/GA, Publicis, Havas and Northwell Health.
From packaged goods to transportation, financial services, food and pharma, I’ve worked across all sorts of categories and media.
I appreciate strategy, I love the written word and I still get a kick out of coming up with ideas that bring brands and their promises to life.
